John was professional in every way. He didn't condescend to me when I asked him questions, he explained in a way that I could easily understand. In under two hours I was back into my desktop! He came to my home, he was on time, and didn't make or leave any mess when he was done. I am so thankful for his easy manner and for his knowledge. I will call him again for a clean-up of my computers, every 6 months. He was so reasonably priced as well. Worth every penny. I so appreciate it John! I will happily recommend you to my friends.
